This place is amazing. It’s in a good location for people who don’t live in lakeland as well as those who do.. they are so happy and motivating every class.. it’s a great workout and lots of fun

Ilovekickboxing in Lakeland is officially my favorite place to workout! The staff actually care about you and push you every class to be a little better than you were last time. I've only been a member for a month and I can already see a significant difference in my arms!!!! I'm 51 lbs lost on my 100lb journey and ilovekickboxing is helping me get farther than I could ever be doing alone :) I love this place and these people!!!! I look forward to celebrating reaching my goal weight here by the end of the year 😄

I love kickboxing is an amazing place to be! It’s a place you want to go to and you look forward to going every day! There’s no “sink or swim” gym feel since everything can be modified for kick-boxers of all levels! The trainers are motivating and supportive through your whole journey, not just the workouts! I do recommend I love kickboxing to everyone I know because it’s already made a positive difference for me!

#ilovekickboxing is one of the best workouts I've had in a while!. This is the structure I needed to get back in shape!

I have been going to classes for a couple weeks now and I absolutely LOVE IT!! The instructors make you feel welcome and really help you perfect your technique without seeming like they are criticizing you. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!
