I have been looking for a new and changing workout routine for a while now. Ilovekickboxing seems to be just that. I am at the beginning of my fitness journey here and I looking forward to seeing results

I am a first impression person and my first impression regarding Ilovekickboxing was as good as it could be. I firstly stopped by to check their facilities and options and there was a class going on, so I thought: "Ok, this might be fun". I signed up for the start package of three classes + a pair of gloves for $19.99 - which is a really good deal - and scheduled my first class. I always feel nervous about first days, but all the staff and people training were lovely and made me feel comfortable. The instructors make you feel like part of the team and stay with you all the time to make sure you are doing the movements and technique right and this is really important. By the end of the class, I just felt energized, renovated and looking forward to the next class. Also, the facilities, mat, bathroom and lockers were very clean and looking neat. Just positive comments! I can't wait to get in shape having fun!

This has to be one of the best methods of kicking your butt into gear you can find. You get to hit a bag for an hour with a bunch of people who are genuinely excited to be getting you in shape! I mean, seriously, aside from actually punching your boss/ex/person who cut you off this morning in the face, this is about as satisfying as it gets for violent stress relief. The trainers are all extremely encouraging people and will work with you to see you reach your goals. In the month I've been attending, I've seen my waist shrink, my weight drop, my strength grow, and my overall attitude improve. This place has been the catalyst to that growth and I'm looking forward to many more months of working with them. I wont lie, it definitely stings the wallet. But as someone who has tried (and paid for) every gimmick, this is the one that has stuck and I am authentically excited for every class, despite feeling like I want to curl up and pass out afterwards!

I love this place! The staff are super kind and encouraging and the workouts are so fun. I get so much more out of ilovekickboxing than I ever have from another gym membership. I feel myself getting stronger every day.

My Daughter and I wanted to try something different than our same old exercise routine. We dd the trial period at I love kickboxing and after our first class we both became members. The gym is clean and kept clean after every class. The instructors are all about helping you achieve that goal. They go over and beyond and are extremely experienced. I have never felt more comfortable going into a gym and sweating it out for an hour. I burn more calories in an hour at I love kickboxing then I do at the YMCA in two hours. Seriously, I LOVE KICKBOXING CLASSES WORK if you want to see fast results. Take my word on it... and try a class for an hour. You will get addicted, Just like me and my daughter.

Amazing workout from the first DAY I tried. I love everything about ilovekickboxing! The trainers are very motivating and push you to be all that you can be!They strive daily to make these workouts intense and Fun.
