Joining ilovekickboxing has been one of the best choices that I have made for myself. It’s an awesome workout, the camaraderie is priceless, and the atmosphere is empowering. I love how clean the facility is and the staff is amazing!

If you’re looking for a great workout, friendly, welcoming, and fun environment Ilovekickboxing West Chester Is the place to go!!! It’s a group workout without the pressure. While everyone in the group motivates each other you’re only competing against yourself and you can go as hard or as light as you want. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and safety, comfort and satisfaction is their priorities. I definitely recommend ilovekickboxing West Chester, OH as MUST attend/visit/try once!!!! You’ll be hooked like me and my five other friends!!!

Fun and excellent full-body workout. All of the trainers are great. They play great music that keeps you motivated. I would go everyday if I could. It is truly an addiction!!!!

I never thought I would say this but I LOVE KICKBOXING! I could never get myself to stick to a good workout routine until I tried iLoveKickboxing and now I go atleast 3 days a week and I absolutely love it! The trainers are absolutely wonderful and they push you and motivate you to accomplish your goals. I have gained so much confidence in myself that I never knew I had before. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Even those who don't think they can do it or that it's not for them. That was me 3 months ago and now I go atleast 3 days a week! I'm feeling stronger and happier from joining this place!

Ilovekicboxing is a great place to go if you're like me and get bored with the same old workouts! I was nervous on my first day but the staff was so welcoming I felt like family! I highly recommend this place, its the highlight of my day! Even when I am having a really rough day they bring me motivation and encouragement!

I love this place. You really get out what you put into your workout here, and each workout is different! The instructors are encouraging, and they constantly ask you to remember WHY you chose to work out in the first place. Coming here is one of the best choices I've made all year!

No experienced in boxing/kickboxing, but the staff and instructor there helped me a lot!! They would take their time to break things down into steps for me to learn. Warm up part still kills me since there’s a lot of work out on abs, legs, thighs, arms and such; it gets better by the amount of time I put in tho!! Feel more energetic after each class.

I enjoy I Love kickboxing Lakeland Fl, instructors have high energy and help you through it. Work out changes so never boring. Clean establishment. Give it a try!
