I never knew that working out could be so much fun!!! ILKB in Randolph is amazing and so are the instructors. Everyone there makes you feel so welcomed and are willing to help you every step of the way. They are very motivational and I thank them for helping me make life changing decision in bettering my health and improving my stress levels. Whenever you feel like giving up, the instructors are right there helping you get through that fog. Even if that means having them jump in and doing the exercises with you. Their awesome!!! If you're one who needs that extra push to get motivated ILKB is the place to go, I promise you, you won't regret it!! I love my ILKB home and everyone in it.

omg I love kickboxing bartlett location is amazing, great staff clean facility all around a nice place.It is a great place to burn calories and have fun. I have recommend this location to several friends and family.

I just started ILKB and I absolutely love this gym! The staff and members are very welcoming and encouraging. The instructors are amazing, they are so supportive! If you want an intense workout and having fun doing it, this is an amazing way to do it! I recommend at least trying it out for yourself I loved everything about this place!! The Studio is nice and clean. They have a nice pro shop that has have some cool products, apparel, beverages, snacks, and other stuff. I was looking for a different workout to keep fit and active. I believe that I found that with ILKB. The atmosphere is fun, energetic, and everyone is willing to help each other. They also give you a pair of gloves when you sign up which is a plus to get you started. It’s so worth it! I highly recommend you giving it a try @ ilovekickboxing – Winter Park Fl.

I love kickboxing West Chester is a very clean and friendly enviornment. It’s a place where everyone is accepted. I always feel welcomed and like I can achieve my goals. I can’t wait for my next class

This place is amazing. ALL the instructors are so welcoming and so helpful. They answer questions that I may have. If I happen to get a little busy and not make it a few days they are checking in on me.I look forward to working on a regular basis.

ILKB West Chester OH has knocked it right out of the park! These are great trainers for when you walk in the door you feel right at home. I feeling now have the motivation because I want to go to class I'm excited about class I have fun in class. By the way class is exercise but it's not the same old boring gym. Way to go I've gone back again and again and again!
