Hands down the best decision I’ve made regarding my fitness journey. ILK-Arlington is an awesome location, the trainers are energetic and the workouts are intense. I highly recommend them.

This has been by far one of the best fitness decisions I have ever made. I’ve never had so much more energy, determination and confidence than now! I love coming in to class and getting pumped up as soon as one of the instructors turns on the music-it’s such a fun place to be!!

Love this place. Only physical activity I seem to stick to so however lazy you think you are it may definitely be for you. The workouts are genuinely fun, the classes/instructors do a good job of keeping you pumped the whole time! Oh and results? SO quick but you may not even notice at first from just being focused on learning the moves and having fun!

I bought a Groupon for 10 classes. This was my first experience with taking a kickboxing class, I love going ! The staff is amazing. They motivate you and they work you! They are really friendly and I must say they have a great playlist to work out to as well. I definitely recommend taking the class. The people in the class are friendly and welcoming . I will admit I was intimidated at first, and felt uncomfortable but once I started working out. I stopped focusing on everyone around me and just focused on myself. It is truely a great experience

ILoveKickboxing- LaGrange, IL changed my life. The staff are so awesome and motivating and the workout has made me feel some relief from having fibromyalgia. It's honestly the highlight of my day. I even recommended it to my cousin, now we both go three times a week. Can't recommend it enough!
