My kickboxing classes at ILoveKickboxing in Lexington, Kentucky, is the best workout I’ve ever had and the most fun I’ve ever had working out. ILKB Lex is where it’s at!

Better than a gym! I’ve been coming to ILKB Florence for a few months now. Not only have I noticed more flexibility but I also LOVE coming to class. Not only will you have great music to pump you up as you get that sweat on, but you will get to meet amazing people, both instructors and class mates. You won’t get bored and you’ll be motivated to keep going.

I absolutely love kick boxing at Walmartway Midlothian Virginia. I have a awesome workout, everyday is a different workout. You burn lots of calories, and you will enjoy the music. The trainers are all great! It's a very clean Facility! Keep up the great work guys!

I have had multiple ongoing medical challenges for most of my life. When I stepped into the #ILoveKickboxingChesapeake location this morning it all faded from my mind. I talked with my trainer about my medical challenges and I was assured that modifications could be made to accommodate them. From that moment on I was just a "normal" woman enjoying a workout. The trainers are wonderful, positive, & encouraging with each step of the session. From the relaxing pre-workout stretches to the challenging workout you remain pumped up. I highly recommend attending one of the 3-5 classes at the discounted rate so you too can experience this transformative class.

I joined ILoveKickboxing in Fairfield, CT mid-July with my daughter. I was feeling out of shape and had no energy. 6 weeks later I feel so much better and proud of what I've accomplished so far. They will teach you each move and help you improve until you've got it down.
