I never have been one to enjoy going to the gym, go run, work out, etc. That was until I found iLKB! I look forward to going it is so much fun, great Community, they support you, and truly want to help you reach your goals while having fun!

First timer..... loved it! Staff is nice and patient in teaching the moves. High energy and intense but you can go at pace that's comfortable for you.

The best decision I have made! The staff and workouts are amazing! I have only been going for 2 weeks and already lost 13 lbs! Can’t recommend enough!!

I absolutely love this place. All instructors/staffs are very friendly, outgoing, and very supportive. They will make sure you achieve your goals you want. They encourage you to keep going and not give up because they know you can do it even it is hard. It is a stress-free place where you can punch your anger out to the boxing bags. It's awesome. I recommend anyone to go!

ILKB is a great workout. Who doesn’t like to hit and punch a bag? The staff are super friendly and motivating. They have tons of class times, which will allow you to make it to many classes during the week. If you want to become your best self this is for you.
