Enrollment agreement is a scam. They don't tell you that your contract is bonded and you can't cancel at anytime. You can only cancel if you move 25 miles feom a facility, a medical reason that I a doctor has to fill out for more than 6 months, the facility closes for more than 30 days and if the person who signs the agreement dies. This is straight up bs and my son is only 17. I contacted the BBB about this because all of you haven't read your contract. Don't get me wrong the place is awesome but if tou needed to cancel, your out a luck

I am unhappy with these guys. I am unable to attend their classes due to serious medical condition. I got the required documentation from my doctor to cancel membership. Despite the fact that I paid 150$ for a month I couldn't attend classes & missed one class of their introductory special, they took out an additional 47$. When I questioned them about this charge. The response was it isn't a new charge they had "processor problems" with the down payments. When cancelling my contract for my medical condition, I was never notified of the fact that they had "processor problems". So the charge came as a total surprise and not a good one either. Never once did they reach out to their customers and let them know of this "known" issue. I find this to be bad business. If a mistake like this happens the company should show integrity and honesty and say we had issues. This was not the case here. I cannot stand behind a company that does business this way!
