There was a promotion to pay for the year and THE STUDIO WENT BANKRUPT! The owners couldn't refund anyone, called corporate and they gave me the run around. Emails were sent with no response. NEVER PAY IN FULL. Great work out, however! Each studio is a separate franchise. Wilmington DE started out fantastic but do to poor management, the training declined and so many last minute class cancellations.

All the good reviews are encouraged by ILKB in order to receive free gloves. Hard to go back to delete the 17 reviews required in order to get the free gloves when you actually realize they are a horrible company with very bad business ethics. Their franchises can close down anytime and you lose all the money you’ve paid.

It’s a scam!!!! They promise you a free 6 weeks challenge and when you go there they said- pay us 500$ and is you achieve your goal we’re going to give you back the money . That’s the first thing they are lying about it that it’s free!!! I decided to try and paid them $500 I didn’t get any contract or receipt for my money . They send me by email how to eat correctly that I never open it . I decided that I don’t want to do the challenge and save my money, just a reminder I never been even at one class so I called him and ask them A refund for my 500$ that I paid and didn’t started!!!! They say they won’t give me back my money because they sent me by email nutrition diet . First of all they say it’s for free so where is the free part ? Second I didn’t know that and attrition guide did you get in by email cost $500 !!!!! I called my bank and I’m gonna do a chargeback !!! You can find much better place much cheaper place without them fuller you around !!!!

DO NOT pay into this scam. I purchased a package of classes in Kanata, Ontario for $899.48 and had used only one class when the studio closed. I have been communicating with iLovekickboxing since then and provided all required documentation on February 8th and they continue to make excuses for not refunding my money. The studio closed on January 31, 2019 and today is April 11th and I still haven't seen a penny. DO NOT join, this is a total money grab and scam.

I wouldn't trust any of the 5 star / positive reviews simply because every single one of ILKB's franchises tells it's member "if you leave positive reviews on a certain number of websites we will give you a free pair of special colored gloves". Any company that has to encourage customers to leave positive reviews in exchange for a free limited edition product has questionable ethics to begin with. Aside from that, their "trainers" are not nationally accredited or trained fitness professionals, they're nothing more than young kids reading prompts off of an iPhone script.

THIEVES. Burlington location closed down before I used ANY of my 44 classes that I paid over $800 for. Head office have not acknowledged or returned ANY of my calls or emails which there have been over 20 so far. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY IT IS A SCAM

The studio in Boardman, Ohio closed with no explanation and now the manager is refusing to issue membership refunds. Corporate HQ does not respond back to complaints. Other people from other studios have experienced poor customer service and membership issues as well. Consumers beware of this business!!

I joined as a groupon member with 2 friends for 10 classes. Upon arrival I was told that only 2 groupon members could attend a class at a time (even though there are 24 spots). Half way through my 10 classes they changed the rules and said Groupon member can only come once a week (which means I will not see results from such minimal working out). The staff takes pictures of the participants mid work out without permission or warning. When I confronted the staff about these issues they were sassy and rude and repeatedly said "I don't make the rules I can't help you" which is very frustrating. Dishonest and impolite.
