I love, love, love ilkb! If you're looking for an invigorating and fun workout this is the place to go. The energy is great, both from the instructors as well as those attending class. You don't need any prior experience, instructors and others will help and encourage you every step of the way. I would recommend going to the Linthicum, Maryland studio to anyone looking to get in shape, have fun and meet great people.

This is my 4th week and I have to say that it's been the best 3 weeks in my whole life. Instructors are awesome, the fat melting exercises really work  and yes, you do learn kickboxing. I already lost 17 pounds. Of you want to lose weight, have a good time, feel more energetic, learn kickboxing and elevate your self-steem. This is definetively the right place for you.

So far I’ve been to four kickboxing classes here on Monday afternoon, Tuesday and Thursday night, and Friday afternoon and I love it! The hour is broken up into sections with warm ups, stretches, kickboxing, partner work, and a cool down section and you can go at your own pace! The manager Sara is great and Nicole, another instructor has helped me with my form; the people who also go to the classes are really friendly! There are morning, afternoon, and evening classes which allow you to make your schedule flexible! I am looking forward to my keeping up with it and seeing my results!

I've completed my first week at ILKB-Jenkintown! I was terrifed, and scared and I was like Im not going back if this is to hard. But I completed my 4th class today, and while it was hard and tough, I have to say i really feel like im getting an amazing full body workout! I never really enjoyed going to the gym on my own, but I tried this on a chance, and I really love it! I highly recommend it for anyone whose not found a gym they love, the Instructors are amazing, they even help you find the best way to do the exercises so if you have restrictions that need to worked out they help! I love Kickboxing! and I can't wait to go back on Monday.

I love kickboxing in Stamford CT is a must try for everyone. It's a great workout and fun. The hour long class flies by. The instructors are encouraging and engaged. This is not a hard core, we are pushing you beyond your limits class. It's hard. But it's not ridiculous.

I found ilovekickboxing.com through Groupon. I had seen their advertisements and heard them on the radio but was hesitant to go because, well frankly, I'm not in the best shape. I was afraid I would not be fit enough. Well I finally sucked it up about 3 weeks ago and went to my first class. Let me tell you...I am hooked for life. This is hands down the best total body workout around. Yes they will challenge you and yes you may want to give up (especially in the first 15 mins.) but then you will find that it is in you to challenge yourself. The trainers and staff are beyond amazing! They will motivate, encourage, and push you. But hey, isn't that what we want in a workout? Kickboxing is a great source of stress relief and these people know how to deliver.

I love this gym - the instructors are awesome and I have seen such a difference in only 40 classes! Join and you won't be sorry.

It's been a while since I've joined a gym. I've never felt so welcomed and without judgement around staff and other members as I did when I came to ILKB-Spring for the first time. Most of all, you will get your money's work with a full body work out that is engaging and empowering!
