Awesome place to get a good workout. Great energy from instructors who give you the push you need. Workout constantly change so you don't get bore from the usual routine. Always sweaty and feel better at the end of the workout.

ILKB Kennesaw is really an amazing studio. Everyone is great and I really enjoy going to each kick butt class. I have seen serious results in just a little under a month. That is huge for as hard as I have been workout. I'm very glad I added this to my weekly routine. You will not regret giving this place a chance!
