From day one I've been hooked which is why I became a member at the Park Slope Brooklyn location as soon as my second class was over. The instructors are super friendly, positive & ALWAYS motivate you to meet your goals and GET THOSE ABS! I LOVE iLKB PARK SLOPE!

I joined the ILKB family in August, six months after the birth of my first baby. Nothing I had tried in the past was helping me to shed the stubborn baby weight, and I was desperate to get into better shape. Thanks to the awesome workout, instructors, and community, I've been able to lose over 40 pounds in four months! Results happen FAST and thanks to the instructors and their interactive presence on social media, accountability is easy. Love the fact that they give you a free bottle of cold water when you check in on Facebook! The facility is really clean, but there are only two bathrooms; thanks to the effectiveness of the class, membership is growing, so it can be hard to find an empty bathroom. Overall, ILKB is the best exercise program I have ever tried!

Buying the 10 classes on Groupon was one of the best deal and decision I made in 2016. I bought on a whim and decided to actually follow thru in it in November, I fell in love madly on the first class. The instructor was awesome and cute. I was dripping with d sweat but feel so good. I learned on my first day I gots to love Burpees,Planks and Push Ups which are a few of the words I don't like hearing. I love it so much when after a few classes, I lost lbs and inches, I signed up to be a member. I'm not loving forward to the #45daychallenge

Ilovekickboxing in Silverdale is a great place to be apart of. The workouts are not easy but they are well worth the fight. I wanted to join a place that would motivate and push me to be the best me I can. I am someone who needs to be pushed a bit to get going, and this place definitely does that. I'm already seeing results and I am feeling better and stronger. Very happy I joined the Ilkb family.

What can I say! This place is just AMAZING! The trainers, the classes, the whole environment & crazy energy it's just RIGHT! ..from day 1 I felt right at home.. I look forward every time to my next Class! They take the time to greet every single one of their members with such warm heart that you feel you have known them for ever.. like family.. they did an amazing job building such strong community way before the gym opened ..that by the time all members got together they already knew each other .. My wife and I joined iLoveKickboxing to be more active. This organization went above and beyond what we were expecting. Great staff to help you motivated; different routines to keep things interesting; clean professional facilities. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get in great shape and who enjoys punching/kicking!
