Ilovekickboxing in Orange,CT is not just about excercise, it's a family. They will welcome you with open arms not matter what your skill level is. They will motivate you, and support you. Do not get me wrong, as nice as everyone is. There is alot of work involved. You will work, you will be tested. You will be sore the next day. It is absolutely worth it. You will feel acomplished, energized and ready to take on the next class. I recommend ilovekickboxing in Orange,CT.

I couldn't be happier I found Ilovekickboxing!!! I attend at the Randolph location and I have to say whole heartedly we are a family there! The trainers are beyond awesome. They really care about you and your performance. I am very directionally challenged and always need a little extra attention and they are more then willing to help! Talk about a full body workout in an hour! We start off with 15 min of cardio, followed by kicking and punching our bag, and then we team up for a little partner working out! Every class is different and always challenging! For my personal progress, I'm 8 weeks in and already lost 20 lbs by eating right and going to 3 classes a week. I feel so much stronger then when I started. I actually felt a huge physical change in two weeks. I could walk more and had way more energy! The place itself is very clean and they sanitize everything between classes. Which is great for a germaphobe like me! Lol

I originally signed up through an online special for 3 classes and can't get enough. The Franklin, WI staff is HIGH ENERGY, friendly and extremely helpful. They motivate you to want to do more to better yourself and encourage you if you are struggling. The workouts are tough but the staff keeps a close eye on everyone to make sure everyone is doing well and having a good time during the workout. They have all the little things that most women forget when coming from work in the locker room as well, which is an added bonus. (ie Hairspray, hair ties and other personal supplies). I would encourage anyone who is looking for a different kind of workout and a great stress reliever to try I Love Kickboxing – Franklin out!

I go to the location in Lakewood, CO. This place is amazing! It is clean, the setup is perfect, and the instructors are incredible at what they do, and they make sure you truly challenge yourself while remaining encouraging. If you want to gain muscle and get into the best shape you have ever been in, definitely stop in and try their 3 class special. It even comes with a free pair of awesome gloves!!

Not only do the instructors push you but they also care about you, know your name, and are excited to see you every class! The added bonus of having a VIP Facebook group also continues to keep you motivated even outside of class! I love love love I love kickboxing!!

Ilovekickboxing in Methuen is amazing!!! It's exactly what I've been looking for on the North Shore. It is the ONLY workout I've ever actually looked forward to! It is fun, energetic, and no class is the same. All of the instructors are really cool and make you feel like you're part of the family even at your first class. All of the members are very welcoming and it is a really great community to be apart of. If you're looking for a fun and hard workout that gets you results - this is it!!!

I have been taking ILKB classes for a little over a month now, and I am IN LOVE with the entire atmosphere. The music is loud and energetic, the workouts are HARD but totally worth it, and the instructors aren't just instructors - they're family! I love knowing that my instructors and teachers are cheering for me personally, and I wouldn't want it any other way. I've gone down TWO pant sizes in a month! If you're willing to put in the work and the time, you WILL see results!

I recommend this to anyone who is bored with traditional gyms. The hour long classes are fun, exciting, and really make you sweat!
