The best workout with the most amazing individuals! From the moment you walk in, the instructors know you by name. Each instructor knows your goals and continues to push you each and every class. I love coming back again and again.....I'm addicted! Come join the best fitfam out there!

ILKB has completely changed my life! I have tried every other type of gym and fitness workout videos and nothing keeps me accountable like kickboxing does! The instructors are amazing and the members are awesome too! Everyone welcomes you and greets you by your name as you walk into the studio. I would not want to be anywhere else than ILKB!

Was looking for something to amp up my workout and I love kickboxing in Massapequa is it! Place is clean, instructors friendly and class is lots of fun, never repetetive. Love it.

Working out of the ILKB Tacoma gym... and it has been awesome! Just a few months in and totally enjoying it. Program is challenging, but you go at your own pace so you can come in at any fitness level or lack of it 😬... and only get better. The trainers are passionate about what they do, and help you to keep up esp when you get into obe of your lows. The environment is friendly, people are generally nice. Facility is well kept.

If you are looking to change up your workout routine, look no further! iLoveKickboxing in Norwood is what you are looking for. It is by for the best workout I've ever gotten in a gym. The environment is clean, and a true judgement free zone. The instructors are fantastic knowledgeable and very supportive.

ILKB Franklin is such a great workout! As someone who hasn’t worked out in over 10 years, I was genuinely worried that I would crash and burn and not want to come back. Even though getting started was a challenge, I can’t imagine not going back! The staff and other members are so friendly and truly motivate you every class. Each class is a great workout and SO MUCH FUN! I actually enjoy getting ready to go workout now! I highly recommend it!
