I can honestly say that I now love kickboxing. Or at least how ilovekickboxing does kickboxing. Ive been battling being unconditioned/unhealthy/unhappy for far too long. I simply just did not have the motivation to push myself at the gym, yoga/pilates did not hold my attention long enough to finish a sun salutation, and running around the block for long periods of time just was not working for me. I started ilovekickboxing at the vaughan location and absolutely loved it. The instructors are awesome, full of motivation and ready to have fun every class. The facility is top notch and it makes me want to go back every time!

iLoveKickboxing Every day I annoy my co-workers by telling them how much I love the kickboxing classes. It motivates me each day to think that I have to go to kickboxing class. The instructors push you and at the same time have a good time. I already am feeling the impact the exercise does to me, not only do I feel more healthy, I feel physically, emotionally, and mentally better. I have always been very active in staying fit and keeping a healthy lifestyle, but I have to say, 'I Love Kickboxing' has blown it out of the water. The work out is challenging, effective, well-rounded, creative and above all, FUN! The instructors are like family, the energy is through the roof and it is one of the favorite parts of my week. I recommend this studio to all of my friends because anyone can do it! 5 stars, 10 out of 10, two thumbs up for my favorite work out at I Love Kickboxing

Two words to describe this place " Freaking AWESOME " ! All the instructors there are great! Their vibes and energy are just amazing! If your looking for an intense workout that is lots of fun I would highly recommend iLoveKickboxing!!! The instructors are awesome and the atmosphere is amazing. Every class is a challenge but well worth it!!!! I love hitting the bag!

iLoveKickBoxing Richmond Hill has been an amazing experience for me! It opened up a whole new world to me of boxing and fitness i did not know existed. The classes are upbeat and filled with fun and energy! The staff really push the members and care about their well being. The environment as a whole is warm, friendly and inviting. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to shred some pounds or just to kick back and punch some bags. You won't be disappointed!!!
