I live kick boxing has an amazing team is first thing I want to say for the fountain valley location. Now yes I am new here but from day one everyone has been so friendly ,helpful and patient. The energy is always awesome everyone is encouraging each other. This is what I needed I've been trying to workout on my own at the gym and I just never went . This is so much fun and the workouts and people are so awesome I feel like i was just welcomed into a new family!!

ILoveKickboxing Park Slope was the best decision I ever made. Since I have become a member, I feel more energized and lost a couple of pounds. The instructors are friendly and motivational. It is definitely worth a try.

ILoveKickboxing has been the best decision I ever made! I joined ILKB because I saw how much my husband enjoyed going to his muay thai classes and even getting in the ring to fight and hoping maybe one day I can do the same. I also joined because I want to live a fit and healthy lifestyle. The instructors are so welcoming and always motivating you to keep going even when you think you can't no more. 🥊

I am so glad I joined this awesome, amazing, heart pumping workout! I hit a plateau in my fitness instructing world... imagine that?? And this kicks my butt every time. I was also looking for something to gain more strength and muscle in my body! My first class, I was pretty nervous yet excited, but Eric, helped me through everything and I felt more comfortable at my next class then ever! The instructors are ALL fantastic and great motivators to push you further than you think you can. I cannot wait to go to the next class after next!!

Let me start by saying I HATE working out. But this place is special.....and addicting! The instructors are fantastic and really keep you motivated. The energy is very positive and it's a no judgment zone. I actually find myself laughing while working out! And it works- I have lost 15 pounds in 2 months and I have so much more energy to play with my 2 sons. Making the decision to join this Fit Fam is the best thing I have done :)

I love kickboxing has a great staff at the Colonnade location. The staff is friendly, motivating and push you. Classes are made up of all sizes and ages, which makes it enjoyable for someone like me who is getting back into fitness.

Just had my first class and it was amazing. Megan and the rest of the staff are so friendly and caring. They work one on one for your first class. I am a beginner and they made me feel comfortable. They not only encourage you but they motivate you. The staff and the people who were in my class made me feel like I was part of the family. I signed up for a membership and can't wait for my next class. I encourage everyone to check out this location and see how amazing it is.
