I LOVE KICKBOXING POMPANO BEACH is amazing!!! The staff is outstanding and you feel like family! Everyone there gets you motivated from the moment you walk in! So glad i found ILKB Pompano Beach!

I started ILKB in April and signed up for a full year after just one class because I loved it that much! The staff is so encouraging and I've never been to a gym with such a judgement-free environment. I've definitely noticed a change in my body and energy levels. 20/10 would recommend!!!!

I have been an athlete my whole life, but after graduating from college I was stuck at the gym constantly striving for more fun in my workouts. Then I found kickboxing kickboxing! ILKB has brought me so much more than I expected: (1) one of the best workouts of my life (2) constant support and encouragement (3) a bunch of new friends (4) fun and lots of laughs (5) and it is now my home away from home. ILoveKickboxing is truly a family and I am so thankful to have found it. If you are on the fence about trying it, just do it and I promise you you'll be hooked. Come join our family.

This place is awesome! Great instructors, good times, flexible schedule and you will get an maxing workout! In the few weeks I've been add it, my cloth fit a lot loser and compliments are coming! Thank you guys!

For the past week I've been attending classes at the park slope location and I can't ask for a bettee place to workout. The enviroment is clean and the staff are full of energy and determined to help you with your goals. I just can't get enough. I have so much fun!

I have nothing but good things to say about ILoveKickboxing. I've been attending classes at the Virginia Beach location almost every day for about three months now, and I no longer have to dread my workouts. With ILoveKickboxing, the workouts are different every single day, so it keeps things interesting and challenges me each day. The instructors are amazing—very energetic and motivating through humor instead of yelling like at some gyms. I can't recommend it enough.

They help me get motivated and they push me! I feel like I'm apart of a family with their team and the rest of the class. They check on you when you haven't gone in a week, and they are just the greatest. Accomplish your goals and feel great with ILoveKickBoxing.com
