Great workout environment. The staff is extremely helpful and very nice. I bought a groupon for four free classes and loved the first one so much that I signed up for the 65 class package! I always leave there feeling like I had a great workout!

I discovered ILKB through Groupon, I was a little skeptical at first, because I thought this was a gimmick and not really for me. In additional to thinking this was a gimmick, the staff was extremely high energy and upbeat and I thought this was just part of the normal "sales person" persona. I decided to give ILKB a fair chance and complete the classes included with the Groupon. Once I got to know the staff and their personalities, they really started to grow on me and I'm not going to lie, I was getting a hell of a workout and it only took 2 weeks before I started to see a transformation in my physique. I have signed up for a one year membership and have also embraced the facebook community (another great chance to connect with the staff and fellow kickboxers). This isn't for every body, but if you want to get in shape and have a strong core and natural athletic physique, this may be the workout for you. Especially, if you need the extra motivation to keep up with your fitness routine, they will keep you motivated and on the mat without making you want to run into traffic to avoid being harassed. I gave ILKB|Randolph a fair chance and I'm glad I did. Will You? * I am writing this as an honest review and also being gifted with a pair of #PurpleGloves for my review.

This is the best workout class! I love it from start to finish! The owner and the coaches are amazing! They always greet you with a "Hello" and a "Smile" and are very attentive to making sure you are doing the moves right. They are awesome! :)

Not only do we kickbox but stretching is a main component. Stretching is really helping with my flexibility and aligning my hips, both of which have been a problem in the past. Just amazing coaches and atmosphere for working out.

ILKB is an amazing full body workout. The staff is amazing at helping you anyway they can so you can meet your goals. It is one of the best workouts I have done in years.

I started at ILoveKickBoxing and all I can say is I absolutely LOVE it! They welcomed me and made me feel right at home. Well organized, clean and the staff is beyond fun and supportive. They make sure you know that they are there to help you achieve your goals and stand by your side all the way. I can't wait to get lean, lose some unwanted weight and get my energy back so I can keep up with my Kiddos! Thanks Ladies at Cedar Rapids, IA ILoveKickBoxing!

At the age of 52 and my 10th anniversary of kicking breast cancer, I had resigned myself to just being fluffy and slow from here on out and then I found ilovekickboxing Richardson! After a tough week of soreness the first week, I have consistently gone to class every week I'm in town for over 3 months now. I've lost 15 lbs so far (I'm motivated to eat better too) and 9 inches. The coaches know each of us personally and are fun and demand the best, showing us proper technique EVERY class. I've made friends in my Fit Family and I feel better than I have in years. I crave the workouts. I've tried boot camps and gyms before, but nothing compares to ILKB. So worth the money!

My favorite place!! I've always struggled with motivating myself to go the gym until I found ILKB.  Joining ILKB was one of the best decisions I've ever made for my health, fitness goals and confidence! All body types and ages are welcome!  The staff/instructors does an awesome job motivating and providing nutrition tips. They genuinely want to work with you to reach your individuals goals.  The facility is very nice and clean and the music is awesome!! The workout is challenging yet oh so worth it!!!! I've only been a member for almost three months and already getting compliments about my weight loss.  I love everything about this place and I would absolutely recommend to anyone!!
