Ilovekickboxing will change my life and my daughters life. The classes are so fun to attend , but they're challenging but that is what makes it all more the fun to challenge yourself and push yourself. The staff there is so amazing ,encouraging and helpful. ILKB--Carle Place, NY. I signed up with a Groupon deal: free gloves! First class was awesome! Although the next 2 days were very painful! 2nd class was just as awesome, no more pain the next day! Except the regular sore feeling that feels good! Instructors are just great, giving you motivation to leave your best on the mat. Highly recommend I Love Kickboxing!

I really enjoy this place. They are dedicated to giving you a good workout in a fun way. Class is designed for every skill level and will challenge you every time. I am in great shape and have a place I look forward to going to. Love they work with charities too!

Everything about this place is great! The instructors are nice and push you, it is clean, and fun! If you are looking to add something new to your exercise routine, this is the place, or if you are just starting! They make you feel very welcome and push you to reach your goals. :)

A fun way to get in shape! The staff is super friendly and helpful. I hate going to gyms where there's no one to motivate you to push yourself and this facility is far from that. It's a challenge that makes me want to keep going back to get better and in better shape!
