What a HORRIBLE COMPANY !! Run by unethical individuals, who lack integrity in their business dealings. Former founder Steve Saxton refused to issue stock to an early investor, pay commissions, and when confronted a decade later stated, "the statute of limitations expired". The current standing when confronted was threat of a cease and desist. These people deal in "bad faith" and in my opinion are criminally liable !

Absolute crap service never again! Servicer centre are as crooked as the company itself!

Bought the Sleep Capsules from their website, Unfortunately, they did not keep me asleep, so they did not work. NO RETURNS ON OPEN ITEMS!! is there return policy. How does one try a product w/o opening?? DO NOT TRY THEM!!!!!

Booked this company through bookabin, none of their clauses were on this site. Booked them advised what I required. They email late afternoon on sheduled delivery day (with no delivery on selected day) to advise their clauses which includes a 24hr cancellation or no full refund. Had requested a full refund after getting this email as they did not advise they could not do requested putting over a fence like other companies can do on shared driveways on the website you can book through as I would have booked with a better company. No reply. Very bad customer service I recommend using a different company.

I received in the mail CBD Gummies from Green Ape at the beginning of December. I don’t remember ordering these, so I looked in my e-mails to see if I had received any confirmation. I couldn’t find anything from Green Ape. I looked on my credit card charges & found that I had been charged $65.98 on 12/4/20. I went on the Green Ape website & sent 2 e-mails saying I wanted to return this item, get a refund & which address to mail them back. I never received any replies. I sent them to the address on Hudson Street in Denver, CO that is on the website. I tracked the package & found out it was being returned to me !? I called the phone number on their website, finally was able to talk to someone. I explained everything to Tyler who gave me the address in FL to send it back. On the package, there was a sticker saying “return to sender, unable to forward.” There was no explanation, I never received an e-mail with an explanation, nothing!! What kind of company does this!!?? I’m shocked with their lack of customer care & outraged!! Then I looked at my charges on my card & found I have another charge pending for $65.98 today! I am so outraged!! I cancelled my card so they can not continue charging me for something I didn’t order & when that order arrives, I will have it returned to sender! And I have to pay more shipping charges for something I don’t want!!! Horrible Customer Service!!
