An RN’s perspective...
As a psychiatric RN and current, family nurse practitioner student - I am highly interested in CAM (complementary/ alternative medicine) treatment approaches for both myself and my patient population. I had several patients who were using CBD oil for various issues and that piqued my interest... I began researching everything from the proposed benefits to the manufacturing process and decided I wanted to give it a try myself. Organic, clean, and well documented / transparent production details are all issues that are very important to me. After learning about the oil itself, I then poured over details concerning the plethora of available manufacturers out there and what types of products they were offering. Ultimately, I decided that Green Gorilla was the most impressive of all the companies / products I had researched. It was pricey (but you get what you pay for!!) and I wasn’t sure about all the hype - so luckily, I found a coupon code and went for it! **Honest review here** it wasn’t “magic at first dose” but after a few weeks, I noticed that my sleep became super sound and restful. I also noticed an increase in my libido...the sleep part, I had read about and expected, but the libido part was a sneaky little surprise ☺️ I wondered if that was actually “a thing” so I looked it up and sure enough...I still wasn’t 100% convinced that I wasn’t experiencing a placebo effect but things got hectic a few months into my dosing regimen and I stopped using it for about 3 weeks; didn’t even really think about it until I noticed I wasn’t sleeping quite as sound and so I began using it again. After the break from use and restarting it - I felt immediate results the next morning - that sound sleep that I had experienced initially. For me - having no pain issues, etc., CBD oil is about quality of life, it’s not fixing anything that I wasn’t able to manage on my own, but it’s enhancing the quality of 2 important areas in life; sleep & sex! So I’m sold on it’s efficacy and I’m super happy with my choice to consume Green Gorilla products. An added bonus is the fact that they offer reward points with purchases that help cut costs on future orders👏🏽👏🏽
