Still waiting on them to refund my credit card 3 times! I ordered my glasses and was told by Brian Stevenson that they were backordered and I sent email to cancel and to credit my card. I've tried to contact them via FB, email, phone, etc and have heard nothing. Guess I'll have to contact the BBB and my credit card. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

iloveglasses jerked me around for a month, claiming my item was on back order and not refunding me. When I began to demand a refund, they continued to to procrastinate and make up excuses for weeks before I was forced to open a dispute with my credit card. What a huge waste of time. Avoid this scam site!

Due to my excessive fondness to brands I am never satisfied with any local glass shop. But recently I became obsessed with iloveglasses.com and will stick to it firmly for their lovely experience.
