I have been using illumiflow for a while now and have had qood results overall I have noticed that mv hair fall has reduced and have noticed tiny hair growing in the areas where I had thinning hair. I am overall quite satisfied with this product and would recommend this product as a worthwhile investment

I’m very pleased with my Illumiflow red light therapy cap overall. After using it consistently, I noticed a clear increase in hair growth in as little as six months, which has made a meaningful difference for me. Unfortunately, my cap is now not working properly, and I was told the issue is the battery. Since the cap is less than six months old, I’m disappointed that the battery is apparently not covered under the warranty and that I’m being asked to pay $19.99 for shipping. In my view, a battery failure this soon after purchase should be addressed at no cost to the customer—including shipping. I truly like the product and have had positive results, but I hope Illumiflow will reconsider its warranty approach for early battery issues. A company that stands behind a product that delivers results should also provide better support when a key component fails so soon after purchase.

I’ve been using this cap daily since April, strictly following the instructions. So far, I haven't seen any visible hair growth, though I know it takes time and I’m remaining hopeful for the coming months. What makes it a solid 3.5/5 for me right now is the customer service, they’ve been responsive, friendly, and quick to address my questions while I wait on results.

I’ve been using the Illumiflow laser cap for almost 6 years. I have used it consistently and have regrown a lot of my hair. I still have naturally occurring thinning issues in new areas so I don’t want to be without it. My first refurbished cap lasted 5 yrs and 8 months. I can’t wait till my new cap gets here because every moment is precious time for hair growth. Patricia

I bought the laser cap 272 and has been using it consistently since end of March. I ordered shampoo and it didn’t arrive . Last week my battery charger broke. I felt that customer is good but response time is slow My shampoo for example didn’t get replaced for a month. I did notice some change on my hair growth that it seems like my hair is growing faster. However not much visible improvement in the problem area . I am hopeful though.

I liked the hair growth benefits and that I knew the technology was not on the cheaper end. I liked that I could avoid using drugs to maintain hair growth. I wish the cap provided full coverage. I feel that I may be missing the front of my scalp sometimes.

Very much enjoying the illlumiflow cap. It is very easy to use and both my husband and I have adopted it as part of our nighttime routine. I enjoy that it works passively so you can go about your evening without having to add anything additional. We researched all of the options for similar products and found the Illumiflow had all of the power and features of the best caps at a very competitive price. I look forward to seeing our results!
