I have been a diligent user of my Illumiflow cap since 2021 and it has been a game changer. I use it in conjunction with Nutrafol supplements, oral minoxidil and a satin sleep pillowcase. And the customer service at Illumiflow is excellent. They are very responsive and have sent me a replacement battery when mine stopped working. Would highly recommend this cap for female hair loss!

Simply put, their Service Manager went to extraordinary efforts to get my 'hat' up and running again. There is no good reason to ever stop using my Illumiflow. I believe it is working for me and with the assistance of customer service, won't have to worry about it ever go out of service.

Amazing customer service coupled with a great product that really works!

Hi, I initially started using the cap every 3 days. 2 months into it, I switched to everyday and them noticed a change after month 7. I noticed smaller thin hairs in areas that were patchy. I strongly recommend trying this product for 6 months, you will see a difference.
