Ordered a new i-Pass sticker a month ago and then received an email saying it was mailed 24 days ago but have yet to receive it. I call their customer service line and the dim bulb woman tells me that this is normal. NOTHING that fits in an envelope takes over three weeks to mail which means they just outright lied about it being shipped. But what else should we expect from government employees in a state run by democrats?

I recently purchased a sticker to replace my pay by plate account. It took almost an hour to set up the account and was extremely frustrating. Not only does it feel like Illinois is draining our hard earned money, they make it difficult to even set up a legit account to pay our way to travel to and from work. In the end it's all about them earning more money because of the fines you may incur during the transition to the "new and improved" sticker that they are urging you to purchase.

My direct communications with them via phone, after you wait at least 25-30 minutes for a person with an incessant voice telling you how important you are and your waiting time is greater than 10 minutes, is usually very good, pleasant and helpful. I am slamming their website, frankly it is the worst site I have ever tried to interact with. It is frequently down, it does not recognize login, once you get in it is impossible to navigate to activate a new sticker. Frankly it is just worthless.

No one answered the phone almost 2 weeks This is crazy

Consider this a NEGATIVE NUMBER OF STARS REVIEW! Turns out that the texts I'm getting demanding payment...or else!...are spam. Illinois Tollway has been hacked and spammers are sending out fake requests for payments. No doubt they are also looking for stealing your Identity as well! WHEN IS THE ILLINOIS ATTORNEY GENERAL GOING TO SHUT THIS PATENTLY ILLEGAL AND LOADED WITH FRAUD TOLLWAY DOWN??!! Why aren't the Illinois media in Cook County and neighboring counties hammering the administration of the Tollway?? If I lived there, I would find a lawyer to file a class action suit for fraud and negligence against the Tollway bigwigs and put it under Court Supervision. Don't pay anything you believe is unfair!! Document everything. Most important: don't use the Tollway!

I've had ample experience of working in a call center. Today I called IL IPass customer service. I patiently waited on hold for over 25 minutes. I have a screenshot as proof. Finally I chose to receive a call back. Only to receive the return call, and then get an agent who will say (if asked) that couldn't hear me! So, I'm back to waiting!

Illinois tollway is more interested in scamming people. They deleted my account. Can’t log in . I probably will get fined . The federal government needs to investigate the Illinois scam way . We taxpayers in Illinois should get a class action suit to abolish the Illinois tollway .

I called about an invoice I got when I am actually a toll member with an account. The scanner never scanned. It took 3 times to finally talk to someone who proceeded to belittle me and explain to me I was wrong when I had proof I was right. I ahd an account that was never charged until they decided to invoice me 4 months later for a series of charges. Double toll fee on top of an invoice fee for every toll but I only received one invoice. Could you imaging getting your electric bill with an invoice fee for every time you turned on a light? The girl refused to help after she belittled me. All I asked was to reduce the invoice fee down to one due to their faulty equipment. I tried to do the customer service survey and was hung up on. My dispute via mail was shut down without a single conversation. IL Tollway is a criminal organization, and they know it. They purposely miss scans and dont fix to collect a large fee every year that's unjustified.
