NEVER AGAIN! The only information provided was a google maps location of a metro station. I spent 40 mins trying to find the bus stop and not even the local bus drivers knew where it was. LIKEBUS failed to mention it was underground and there were two underground levels meaning it could have departed anywhere. There were also a lot of buses departing outside the train station. Customer service from LIKEBUS was useless and inconsiderate. They refused to give me a refund. I ended up having to buy another ticket nearby and wished I went with a local company in the first place. It was stressful missing a bus especially when there are few from Istanbul to Nessebar.

Do not go with this company. Bus did not come, with no announcement. After 1, 5 hours of waiting we tpok a taxi. Also, there was no telephone number to call, really bad experience.

Everytime i took the bus, i experienced 2 or 4 hours delay and no announcement.

The bus didn't show up or the location mentioned is wrong. There is no bulgarian number you can call.

It’s a scam. Look at the 5 star review. It’s written in broken English. Most likely a fake account from the scammer. Whoever made the site is not in the US. The address for the company makes no sense. My parents fell for this. (They are getting old lol). Please don’t send them any money.

Total scam! The bus I bought a ticket for did not arrive. The hotline did not work. They refused a refund for no reason - zero stars if possible! I’ve read many other horror stories with ilikebus and hope to save somebody else from this. They will take your money and then leave you alone.
