Francine was very patient, courteous, and professional in assisting with navigating through and completing the endless amount of paperwork that is required when purchasing a home. I deeply appreciated Francine's clear real estate knowledge which was evident in every decision I needed to make. I was told that a 30-day escrow close would probably not happen; however, from the date of the offer to close was exactly 30 days.
