I've worked with ikrusher for years
I've worked with ikrusher for years. I mostly had decent experiences with them. Recently we had almost an entire uzo box fail. Some we filled, and they just wouldn't work. The whole box charged too hot, and the oil would drip into the battery. To solve this, we thought it would be a good idea to tell coustomers to make sure to charge them upside down. One coustomer reported to us that even after they unplugged the device it remained hot and they had to throw it in the bathtub for fear that it may actually explode. We had to recall all the devices in that batch that we had purchaced. ikrusher didn't seem to take the situation very seriously, touting the uzos reliablility, and letting us know that they would give us a discount and sample vapes on our next order. I know this post is most likely severing a good relationship we've had over the years, but they didn't even want to investigate the other units we still had in stock. We can't abide by the lack of safty concerns, not to mention the QC concernes raised by this lack of action.
