the software didn't work properly on my smart phone, and the stuff didn't accept to give me a refund, bad communication, even i described my problem very Claire, i didn't receive any response about it, they care only about money. i would not suggest this software to anybody. when i was trying it first for free, it didn't show me all the information required for collection, they are insisting to pay first then i can track the phone, i paid it and even though i was not satisfied about the functionality, specially gps control is not working, by the way, they wish they could renew the contract even you didn't allow them to do it !!!

This is a very difficult app. I have still not been able to get it to work and it has almost been a month. You can talk to anyone. The chat online is not good at all. They can not help you with nothing. I think it is a bot because they just keep loading websites to go to and read and figure it out yourself. The instruction are not clear and half of the crap does not work and there is no one to tell it does not work to.

Dear user. Firstly, we checked the chat history, there is no past chat history with you before. And our customer team members all know that iPhone 7 is not working currently. The only possible reason would be that you contacted on other vendors' website our non-official website who told you a wrong answer. We are sorry that you made the mistake and we'd like to help you with the refund. We have stated clearly on our website purchase page https://ikeymonitor.com/purchase that jailbreak is required for iOS. Obviously iPhone 7 is too new to have a jailbreak. So it won't work on your iPhone. In this case, you should request a refund.

This product does not work. In fact if you are looking to purchase this product it will not record screenshots no matter how many times you set it up on the target device ... and no one will get back to you except with a stock e mail... you best bet is to purchase with a larger company like Flexispy or Mspy. I had Ikeymonitor for three months. For three months I kept renewing thinking that someone there might give a crap about their customers and assist in getting the software to work. The phone is rooted and there is no reason that it shouldn't work except for the fact that the product is unable to stay on top of the latest software developments for Android... run away ... this is just a waste of money. Ikeymonitor replied and said the problem was fixed.. it is NOT fixed. I wasted three months of membership waiting for them to "fix" the problem. Trust me it won't happen... I just threw away good money on a crappy product. Don't do it.
