I wish I had the option to leave zero stars. Don't waste your time.

This was a terrible experience and a huge waste of time. I know computer genius, but I'm certainly not illiterate and I was unable to follow the instructions. So I reached out to the customer service. There is no phone customer service. It's all done through chat support. I am not kidding you, seven hours Toto and no results except for that now my funds are completely unprotected. Immediately started getting sexy pictures from strangers to my childrens phones (after all built-in security had been removed bye easemom/ikey/spycatcher in order to install their product - why so many names btw??). The customer service person was obviously helping multiple people at a time. I would wait 30 minutes or so while I think he's doing something and he'd come back and ask me the same questions over again like we had never talked. It was infuriating! I would ask a question and they would answer it with different wording so I couldn't really tell what the straight answer was. Which one instance seemed that we had and all installed on the phone and I, on my parent device looked at what my kids were doing. It was totally inaccurate. Never showed up, said that they had not been on the internet, the pictures were mixed up, someone phone showing on a different one. SMS messages from I have no idea where, not from the phones. I know they were inaccurate because I haven't even given the phones to my kids yet. I'm experimenting with them all by myself. This really was a huge waste of time and ended up doing Factory resets on both of the phones. I hope that they are back to normal and at least protected with the factory settings.

Product does not work for latest. Apple iOS. I even had access to phone and was able to enter 2-factor authentication code. ZERO data was downloaded. Ikeymonitor typically replies to this type of review by saying simply, "ikeymonitor works for the latest iOS. You SIMPLY have to disable 2 Factor Authentication. The only rub is APPLE DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO TURN OFF 2 FACTOR AUTHENTICATION! I know, I tried. And I'm a tech nerd!

This company is untrustworthy! their applications do not work properly in certain countries and when you ask them for the refund within their 30 day money back guarantee they refuse to give you the refund and just walk you in circles. I have been requesting a refund from the 1st day I purchased this subscription and all they do is send me standard email replies on check our refund policy. Do not trust this company!!

Horrible experience. They continued charging me for a full year after I cancelled my subscription. I even received a termination email from their credit card processor (PayPro Global). Very unsatisfied with their service. They refuse to refund me and are blaming me for their mistake. I have not used their product after I cancelled, yet I still got charged. STAY AWAY, do not purchase their product unless you have money to burn.

This services is very very bad. They are not ready to listen to your complain once you have a fault. Total rubbish. Run away from rhem. They are liars, all they want is to eat your money and promise stupid solution. They would not attend to you. Till the money expires. Foolish people. Very annoying

Horrible!! They will not honor the money back guarantee , the features they promised do not work, they try to scam you that it needs root access , but many keyloggers offer screenshots and visited websites without root. They will keep talking in circles and keep denying you a refund. Do not buy this product!!!! It's does not work and you will get nothing back!!

I download the free version for no jail break ipjone/iPad 2 days ago and it didn't work for me. My brother/in-law has his iCloud account linked with iPhone (he never used the phone since purchase) and iPad Air (he uses this one and that's the one I want to target at) and one iPad (which I am using it). After I used the iCloud account to sign in, it only show "iPhone " . I chat with the technician he asked me to go to device management to delete the account and then add back on again to choose the target iPad Air, even I did every step he asked , the device panel still show the device as"iPhone " and didn't have other choice. Then I left message but didn't get any reply. Tomorrow is the last day of the free trial and how can I purchase it without the free trial work? Can someone contact me pls. Thanks
