I would rate them less than 1 star if I could. They made me feel like it was some kind of scam. They told me I didn't have the drivers I needed to install my Canon printer and I need to pay $199.99 to install Microsoft drivers because mine were expired. I told him I would contact Microsoft directly and he hung up on me.

I am really sorry to say but we are not even able to find you in our subscriptions, The highest plan in our subscription is $6 and $199.99 is not even anywhere near our plans and pricing. There are many scam websites pretending to be canon and choosing to scam people showing fake errors and warnings.
