International Institute for LearningReviews of iil.com

I have just finished the course Agile Project Management Fundamentals with IIL. It is a live virtual course over seven days with three hours per day. Instructor was very skilled, easy to follow and made a great mix of presenting slides, video, digital whiteboard, and giving examples from his own career as project manager. The course gives a great overview of waterfall and agile methods for project management and has engaging case stories for the participants to practise project management skills. I can highly recommend it for anyone who is relatively new to project management.

IIL delivered an outstanding Six Sigma Green Belt Program for our organization. Ed Hanus was instrumental in keeping everything organized and running smoothly with his expert communication, while trainer Harry Rever brought real energy to the classroom with practical, hands-on instruction that our participants could immediately put to use. Beyond the training itself, IIL's solid support and resources made the whole experience seamless. So much that we are entering our 2nd year of the program! We'd definitely recommend their program to anyone looking to build a stronger continuous improvement culture.

Excellent training experience with IIL. The courses I took struck a great balance between practical knowledge and real-world application — every module came with useful tips and tools I could apply immediately in my day-to-day work. The hybrid format, combining theory sessions with live coaching, worked really well: it reinforced the concepts while giving space to discuss actual challenges with the coach. Highly recommend IIL's training services to anyone looking to build or sharpen their skills.

I've had the pleasure of working with IIL for almost two consecutive years (and ongoing) for a large scale soft skills training program spanning Europe and Africa. IIL has been present and proactive the from start to finish and has helped us offer a truly impactful learning opportunity to our teams.

The programs and workshops driven by IIL are very impactful, focused and self-directed interventions. All the concepts and frameworks come together beautifully for the audience to assimilate, learn and then apply at their workspaces, We are grateful to IIL for equipping our engineers and managers with critical skills on Project management and project leadership
