I wish I read a similar review before I purchased the data, as I have had exactly the same experience. Ignite Data claimed to provide a list of customers who use a very specific type of technology, however they do no qualification whatsoever, and provided me a totally random list of users. It was a complete waste of money for us. Be very careful if you want a specific type of customer base, if its a random list of customers in a specific market segment they might work for you, but that isn't what I paid for, although it is what I got. Richard, Thank you for sharing your experience, and I’m really sorry to hear about the disappointment you faced. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to receive data that didn’t match the specific criteria you were promised. Could you please share more details with us directly at [email protected] along with your invoice number (INV-030701)? We’d like to investigate what went wrong and work with you to find a resolution. Your feedback is important to us, and we are taking steps to improve how we qualify and verify data before it’s delivered. Looking forward to making this right.
