$1,000 for a PCB course that went nowhere
I paid US$799 for this PCB design training course expecting a genuinely skilled, experienced instructor. What I got instead was deeply disappointing, and honestly not worth the money. The trainer was routinely unprepared — building slides live during class instead of coming with material ready, and spending entire sessions "figuring things out" on the spot rather than teaching. On multiple dates (30 Jun, 1 Jul, 30 Jul, 5 Aug, 6 Aug, 26 Aug) I sat through hour-long sessions that ended with nothing actually resolved — including one where the trainer promised to demonstrate porting a PCB design into a thermal analysis tool and simply couldn't do it, wasting the entire class. On top of that, the trainer failed to show up or was significantly late multiple times (23 Jun, 30 Jun, 14 Jul, 22 Jul), always with a new excuse. I gave this company every chance to fix things. I raised detailed, constructive feedback repeatedly (19 Jun, 30 Jun, 7 Aug) and was told each time it would be addressed. Nothing changed. When I finally asked for a refund, their response was to offer two more sessions with the same trainer — completely missing the point — and then they stopped replying to me altogether. For US$799, I expected competence and professionalism. I got neither. I would not recommend this course to anyone, and I'd think twice before trusting this company with your money.
