They charged me 1 pesos as a "one-time trial offer" then suddenly they deducted 899 pesos from my account without further notice that I had subscribed to their service nor did they say anything about paying 900+ php after that one time trial, I want a full refund. If this request is not met then further actions will be made. Keep in mind, RA 7394, Art. 50 RA 7394, Art. 52 RA 7394, Art. 159 EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 6 US FTC “Negative Option Rule” (16 CFR Part 310 & 425) OECD E-Commerce Guidelines, Part III, Sec. B

You already charged me for a PRO subscription that I did not authorize. I have not used your service in any way, and this charge was made without my approval. Canceling the subscription now does not solve the problem—I want a full refund immediately for this unauthorized transaction. If this is not resolved promptly, I will file a chargeback with my payment provider and leave a negative review regarding this issue. I expect your urgent action on this matter.

The sample photos shown on iFoto.ai appear to be real, professionally shot images—not actual AI-generated results. Unfortunately, the AI-generated pictures I received were far below expectations. The quality didn’t match the samples, and the results felt unnatural. I recommend trying a test image before committing.

This is the second time you have charged my card without processing a refund. Your support named Kimberlie is not even reading my email. If you did not refund it, I will escalate this. You guys are scammers!
