I gave a one time gift of $20 on Sat Nov 4th 2023, on their website next thing I know I get an email from them, plus a bank alert, saying I gave $300.00, I've called them like 5 times this weekend and no one can help me, in the mean time my bills on auto pay are hitting my bank, and my bank balance is negative. I don't have much money as I only get disability each month. If they fix this I will come back on here and update my review. But after this horrible experience, I will never donate to them again !! I also know I didn't accidentally hit the wrong button, because I had to manually enter $20. This experience has literally made me sick UPDATE..NO LUCK , talked to the lady today, she said she would refund my money less the $20 donation,once the transaction is not pending on my bank account , I told her NO, I want the full $300 refunded after this horrible experience I don't want to donate, she said, "well then you will have to dispute it with your bank", I said not a problem I will. I truly believe this org is scammers and they care more about getting money than truly helping people. I should have gave to Samaritans Purse, they are truly legit!!

I have found this org to be scammers. I am pretty sure they spend a large amount of revenue on advertising. I gave a one time gift and they immediately began to bill my credit card monthly. Now they are trying to make money on Israel's dead and wounded from a vile terrorist attack. There are thousands of great charities out there that do this work (Samaritan's Purse, for one). I would be very wary of these shysters.
