I put in an order in the middle of September. I never received an email with an invoice. I used PayPal, so I did have the summary. I reached out to the company via email and they gave me an order number and it would be shipped that Tuesday. I never heard back so I emailed them again. Once I disputed with PayPal, they sent me tracking on 10-13 and it was never shipped. I did, however, keep the PayPal dispute open. I would never recommend this company. I wish I would have read the reviews first. What a waste of my time. 7-23-2021: Company is trying to have my review removed, however, I did send in proof that it happened to TrustPilot.

This place is fake. You can tell by the break down of the reviews. Out of 80 reviews, 68% are "Excellent" 5 star reviews, the other 33% are all "Bad" one star reviews who all say they never got their order. I am one of those people, ordered a month ago. Customer services number is disconnected, whoever emailed me back from their email address just pulled me along on a string until I realized nothing was coming.

I ordered fabric to make dresses for a wedding. I was initially pleased at the speed at which I received an email saying that my order had shipped. However, a week went by with no update to tracking - it still said awaiting shipment. At that point I tried calling their "world-class customer service" (as claimed on their website), with no success. The call was immediately answered by a machine telling me that the extension I had dialed was unavailable and that their mailbox was full so I couldn't leave a message. So, I tried the chat on their website. I received no answer. 3 messages went completely ignored. At that point, my husband started looking for reviews on sites other than iFabric. He found loads - and all of them bad reviews. I was livid at that point, and starting to wonder if I was actually going to get fabric for my money. I emailed the company, telling them that I needed a response and an update or I was going to contact paypal to get my money back. That got a response after a few hours. They said that my order was halfway complete, and my ordered fabric had been cut. Amazingly, the next day the tracking updated to show that my order was going to be delivered the next day. Somehow, my order got from CA to IN in a day! Now I am sitting down to cut and sew the dresses from this fabric, and there are major flaws the entire length of the yardage I requested. Big flubs, skipped threads - leaving odd lines the entire length of the fabric! I will have to strategically place my pattern pieces to make the flaws less obvious in the dress, because, at this point, I do not have time to find and order fabric from a better source. I will never again order from this company, and will warn others against them everytime fabric and sewing comes up in conversation.

I placed an order June 2, 2020. By June 14, 2020 sent email no material. June 16, 2020 They said they were processing the material and I would have it soon. June 29, 2020 sent second email and haven't heard one word back. I think they are scamming people, con artist. Not happy at all. I just want my money back at this point. They lie and scam a lot of people per what I saw on the BBB, Better Business Bureau. They take your money right away but produce no product. If I don't see something soon then I'm making a police report about scammers. I already made a Better Business Bureau report.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Terrible experience. Their phone doesn’t work and no response on their chat feature. I requested a refund via email after waiting for 3 weeks to receive my order and they responded stating they couldn’t issue a refund because they had already cut the fabric. Still haven’t received the order, not even a shipping confirmation. I doubt I will ever receive my materials, seems like a scam. UPDATE: I received my order about a month after this review and not only was the fabric poor in quality, the cuts were inconsistent and below the full length I purchased.

I placed an order on 5/19/2020 and I still have not received the items ordered. They took $102.49 from my account. I have filed a complaint with PayPal hoping to get my money back. Company chat feature on website has been removed. Phone number was not in service for a while and now has a recording that says the extension can not accept any new messages and then just disconnects. They have FINALLY responded twice to emails but just says the same exact thing on both emails (like an automated response) "Hello We deeply apologize for the inconvenience . Our operation was paused due to COVID-19. Your order is being processed. Regards" I HAVE GOTTEN THAT EXACT SAME RESPONSE ON 6/5/2020 & 6/15/2020. STILL CAN'T GET AHOLD OF ANYONE. NOT ACCEPTABLE - COMMUNICATION IS A WONDERFUL THING!!!!!!

Placed an order on May 13, 2020. The website says 5-7 days for shipping. I chose this website to purchase fabric because of the short shipping time since I WAS on a scheduled time for a project. The date is now June 9, 2020 and my order says “order placed”. It’s does not show its being processed or shipped. My credit card was already charged for these items. I was hoping the fabric would arrive by May 31, 2020 so I could complete my project. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I tried to email but no one answered and when I call the phone number was d/c.

This company will not respond to emails, the phone number doesn't work and the chat feature is disabled on their site. They are not a member of the BBB however I have filed a complaint. They took $62.93 of my money and have not shipped my fabric. DO NOT PURCHASE from them!! This company is a scam and the reviews on their website cannot be accurate. I am contacting my back to see if I can file a claim.
