No one answers their phones , emails or contacts. Not a legitimate store and I never received my order from them!

I ordered fabric weeks ago, but never received any communication other than the initial confirmation email. I tried to contact their customer service department in three different ways: 1. Phone - disconnected 2. Chat - no response after multiple attempts 3. Email - no replies to sent emails I think these guys are either closed or about to close, though their payment gateway is more than willing to take your money.

I placed an order with ifabric on October 5th, 2021. They immediately charged my credit card (even if it is a good practice do not charge the customer till the shipment is out). Today is October 19th. My order is not shipped and not processed. I left a message on their web-site yesterday morning October 18th. No response. They are located in Los-Angeles which is close to Seattle, where I live. I paid for delivery, it was not free. I wanted to get fabric fast. If I wanted to wait, I would get the fabric from Ali Express and probably was close to receiving it with free delivery. It's the first web-store in USA where I have this kind of experience. Unacceptable.

Do not Buy from this company! Ordered fabric July 11, 2021, canceled order July 15, 2021 once i realized it would not get here in time, emailed, website chats, & call attempts and they still charged my visa! They had plenty of time before processing and shipping! i have been fighting for a refund since July 15, 2021, on August 30, 2021 received fabric i do not want or need! Low down thieves!!!

Absolutely HORRIBLE horrible service. I bought over $100 worth of fabric that I needed as soon as possible, obviously I can’t expect that with shipping but it took over a month for them to ship my fabric from Los Angeles to North Carolina. I was in a time crunch and it completely messed it up along with the fact that I finally received my fabric July 8 after ordering it June 1 and it’s missing two of the fabrics that I needed the most because I couldn’t find them anywhere else. Do not buy from this company they’re absolutely a scam to take your money, the fabric is not what it looks like in the pictures and videos. I’m surprised my fabric finally came and when it did it was missing items I asked for a refund multiple times nobody answered their customer representative chat, email or number. BUY your fabric somewhere else because these people suck!

Absolutely the most awful buying experience I’ve ever had. Over a month to receive. Clearly shipped via a global shipping program from China. The fabric is not velvet upholstery fabric as described. It’s a cheaper than cheap fabric which is not velvet nor suitable for upholstery. I fabric responds to reviews that I left that they want to make it right, but in reality the response I got from “customer service” via email was “thanks for letting me know- BYE”. Followed by “awesome” when I said I’d leave bad reviews. Avoid this company as they are frauds, liars and scammers. Ifabric, don’t leave a response because you’ll make yourself look like the liars that you are. They are now saying that I’m a competitor which is a lie. I sent proof of purchase to trust pilot. I’m a customer. They’re the ones writing fake (good reviews). They also charge a 50% restocking fee and you have to pay shipping. Rip off.

I ordered 1/4 inch polka dot fabric. They also sell 1 inch polka dot fabric. They sent 1 inch. I sent a photo with a ruler, and they are refusing to process a refund or send the correct fabric. My receipt clearly says 1/4 inch polka dots. This fabric is not usable for my daughter's project. Their phone line does not connect to a person, and the voicemail is "full". Online customer service chat does not elicit a response. By email, they replied to say, no they will not send the correct fabric or refund. Do NOT purchase from this company. It's a scam. There is no customer service and they will send you incorrect fabric and lie about it.

Ordered 2 yards of upholstery fabric. Received poor quality fabric, missing a chunk. Do not order from this scam.
