You can't beat the price. I would give it 5 stars if shipping was a bit faster, took 2 weeks but product arrived in perfect condition.

iElectrica was very good to work with...competitive pricing, very good communication and worked with me on delivery arrangements that were complicated by my vacation travel. The "white glove" delivery company brought us a product in perfect working condition, but after a couple of hours of operation, it failed. Now the ball is in the manufacturer's court (Samsung), but that is not a reflection on iElectrica. I would certainly recommend them and would buy from them again. Just make sure you are comfortable with their return policy, since large products (a TV >37" in my case) cannot be exchanged.

Great service; very responsive and knowledgable customer support. Item arrived on time and as described. My only complain was the lack of 'inside' delivery - the guy who delivered the TV refused to deliver the item inside, and instead left the TV on the sidewalk; 2 persons are normally needed to carry the TV, it seems odd that shipper expects to have 2 people stay at home to receive the shipment! Luckily, i managed to get the superintendent of the building help me carry the TV inside.

Everything went well and the price is below market average, just i was informed to buy the shipping insurance which cost me extra money after the purchase.

I was disappointed that they were not flexible ....They called the week previous, to the final delivery, and were initially going to deliver when I was working... Since, I could not except their delivery date, they delayed my delivery to the following WEEK !!!! Bad way to do business, they put me in a Penalty Box because I could not accept their time schedule.

I just received my 65" TV from IElectrica. Joe was great. The price was perfect, they even delivered it from Florida to L.A. in 4 days. (just as promised). The delivery guy brought it into the house, unboxed it, plugged it in to test it just as advertised. This has been a great experience that I would recommend to anyone.

only problem was an added insurance cost for shipping. Should be better spelled out on website. Otherwise, faultless.
