I was a little apprehensive when I first stumbled on iElectrica's name. I was concerned on their products and its authenticity. I was not sure if they were Sony dealers. I spoke to them and was pleasantly surprised on their existence since a long time. I ordered my first sony xbr 65x900b television ($4K+ order) on 3rd july and requested them to deliver before end of day July 5th considering it was the long weekend. To my surprise their team did a marvelous job in getting it to me at a right time. My experience has been great.

I bought a Nikon camera that was much cheaper than anywhere else I checked. I was wrong. Box arrived promptly & well packaged. The best part there were no surprises, I was informed what was happening all the way through the process. Simple, excellent customer experience.
