I chose iElectrica.com bc of their great prices and also they have a good reputation as verified by checking with the Better Business Bureau. My TV arrived within 7-10 days and was exactly what I ordered. the delivery service called in the a.m. to confirm the time and opened and plugged in the tv to be sure it was working. I spoke with iElectrica customer service several times during their business hours and they were always helpful with information on delivery. They also helped me get some additional equipment t I wanted after the purchase. For such a big purchase, I wanted to be careful to deal with a reputable seller and after this experience so far, I would recommend to me friends so I hope this review gives you some useful feedback.

Good price, no sales tax, and free shipping. IElectric called to verify the order, and did not try and up sell me anything. They even included the white glove delivery for no extra charge. The TV was delivered, unboxed, and plugged in to make sure it worked before the delivery guys left. TV works great!

we received our tv fast but unfortunately it was broken. ielectrica had it picked up the next day and our new one was on it's way .and caught the new one in 2 days. in fact we accidently received 2 tv. and they took care of that also. I would recommend them to everyone. excellent customer service.
