No issues with the purchase ... the delivery was very cumbersome! Delivery window was scheduled for 3:30 - 5:30 and the TV showed-up at 8:30. No issues with the TV ... the picture is beautiful!

not quite the average way of doing business on amazon but savings was worth the extra trouble.

No major issues. I had asked for a new invoice because the date I paid for TV was not the date I picked up TV. However, I registered with LG the date I received TV and seems to be no issues. I was just concerned I would loose a few days of warranty. I also, called LG customer service to be sure iElectrica.com was legit and would honor the factory warranty. They advised me they were an approved vendor and I would have no issues. I live in SW Florida and was able to pick TV up from one of their warehouses. The warehouse people were exceptionally helpful and unpacked TV. In addition, they turned unit on to be sure all was ok before I left warehouse. I saved approx $2000 in compared to purchasing at best buy.

Only reason they did not receive 5 stars was due to the fact I paid extra for white glove delivery. They were supposed to bring The TV into the room, unbox it, plug it in and verify no damage and that the TV worked. The delivery team refused and set my 82” Samsung Qled on my front porch and drove away. Thankfully the TV had no issues, but it was very difficult for my wife and I to get the TV upstairs, which was why we paid extra.

Bought a great Samsung 75" TV at a good price. Dealing with iElectrica was a pleasure. The shipping was free but the trucking company used was pretty much useless. From the point of sale to the delivery of the TV was 1 month. I got the runaround repeatedly from the trucking company with promises of when they would deliver - but no delivery as promised and no status update as to why. I had to get iElectrica involved and they tried but still took a month. It was a Christmas present that arrived a day before the new year.

Great price, bad delivery partner. IElectrica offers very competitive prices on latest model televisions. I got my Samsung at a great price and the tv is awesome. But what a hassle to get it. iElectrica partners with AM Trucking and they absolutely $uck!!! It took them more than 1 month to pick up my tv in California and deliver it to NYC. The list of excuses was endless and not worth listing. I noted some complaints to the same effect before purchasing but hoped I wouldn’t fall victim to the same treatment. So caveat emptor!! If you have the patience to put up with the delivery BS, you will (eventually) get a great tv at a great price.
