Samsung QLED, Series 9, 65" TV
Samsung QLED, Series 9, 65" TV is better than I had imagined. It also arrived by truck and they brought it into my home and tested it before they left. Great price, great TV.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Their web order confirmation process is not seamless (requires a 2 step - you place the order and they have to get back with you to confirm - usually the next day) - but once you get to customer service / tech support, they are super knowledgeable and very helpful. I worked with Shawn (spelling?) - he went out of his way to help me secure my order and get it shipped. Very patient, helpful - and very professional. Give him a raise! :) Vali

Everything went perfect, plus I saved money instead buy from local stores, I would recommend to friends and family, I will come back in future if I need TV. Thanks for an awesome service

Awesome QLED65Q8FN and great delivery to the boondocks in NH. AM Trucking delivered within five working days and the crew (Ceaser & Kiki) did a great job late at night (10PM on a Saturday night) inboxing and testing to ensure it worked and was up to speed. I will set it up tomorrow after it has a chance to climatize (35 degrees out side air temp). The price was $1900, quite the discount when most (Amazon) are asking $2500 for this years (2018) model. Bought through eBay! Very happy and when I need another I will buy from then again! G.C. In NH
