Great to deal with

Great place to buy a tv at a discount! I made my order for my Samsung 2018 flagship Q9fn 75" TV and 5 year extended warranty on March 22nd and I received it in perfect condition on April 1st! That's 10 days total from the day I made my order. The delivery people were professional. They brought my tv in and opened it up and plugged it in to make sure it worked and wasn't damaged, which is way better than just leaving it with me at the curb hoping that it works, which is the way my last 75" TV was delivered from a different retailer! If you order directly from their website like I did instead of their eBay store, IElectrica does charge a mandatory fee for delivery insurance that most people gripe about in the reviews, but even with that fee I still saved about 2 grand from what I would have paid for the same tv from best buy with 5 years of geek squad warranty!! That can't be beat in my opinion!! Plus you practically get white glove delivery included. I will definitely be making more purchases from them in the future. Thank you Ielectrica for a good experience buying my tv online.

Communication and delivery was fantastic!

Best price on the internet for 82" Samsung QLED 6 that also included delivery. Delivered as promised. Answered all my questions and were immediately responsive to requests for receipts, etc. Also, suggested a company for a 5 year extended warranty for only$295.00. Great deal. My only complaint was the recommendation for the white glove service for $89.00. Was not worth the cost, and would not recommend it. Delivery guys opened the box, plugged the tv in to make sure it works and left. Wouldn't even put the legs on. Only advantage is if the tv doesn't work they will return and bring a replacement the next day.

I purchased Samsung's best 75" TV for $300 less than the next best offer and received it in just over a week. I took the "white glove' delivery option as it was also offered at almost half off and the first TV (from a different vendor) arrived damaged. This one arrive in good shape and it was removed from the box and tested by the delivery guys (they would have repacked it, taken it with them, and reordered if it had not been good). The person I spoke with from iElectrica was persistent in selling me the white glove delivery and an extended warranty but due to the reduced prices they were offering and the nature of the product, it was well worth the extra expense. I have been using the TV for several days now and am a happy customer.

Overall a great experience Television was shipped on time and arrived on time. Deliver and white glove set was good.
