I placed my order on 9/19/24, and it still has not shipped as of 10/3/24. I got a prompt to review my items before my items even left the warehouse. Hopefully, they are of good quality and worth the wait, but the wait is WAY more than I anticipated.

Worst experiance. No one knows the status of our order and its not yet shipped. Order was placed 15days back.

I paid for a 2nd day delivery and had emailed to ask where it was 5 days later but no one ever got back to me. I waited a couple more days(7 days after order placed) because i never heard back and CS says nothing is in stock. I would think if you know that the customer never gets back to you about an order via email, it might be a good idea to contact them by phone, specially if i paid for 2nd day, that usually means that you need the product.

Items have not arrived, called to check on my order and was told the company's internet was down. Took my number and advised they would call back when internet came back up, have not done so yet. I ordered from the company because I was advised that the item was in stock.

Placed my order on 17 June 2022 and it is now July 5 and I have not gotten any information as to when my order is going to be shipped or anything this is a scam Replying to your reply so this was ordered June 17 your website said nothing about it being out of stock I never received an email saying that it was back ordered matter fact I have not received any communication other than when I called you which took me four days to get a hold of someone and now it is 714 which you for some reason think was a Monday today is not Monday today is actually Thursday so I don’t know what planet you’re living on but July 14 is today not Monday why is it taking so long why would you not inform your customers that you’re backordered and why are you selling products you don’t even carry every ounce of the smells like a fraud.

Our supplier is saying that they should be getting a shipment in the next week. I'll follow up with them again on Monday 7/14 and hopefully have good news for you. My order was supposed to be delivered on March 22nd. I have 2 fingerprinting classes to teach this morning and as of today, I still don't have my order. I'm not a happy teacher!
