Ken helps us make changes to our badge program. He is always very knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. Kim always tries to figure out a solution even before we get a chance to speak with Ken. Both provide excellent customer service!

The website lacks any useful information on spare parts, but their sales staff is very helpful, and their online information request system is easy to use. Very quick response times
