My laminator had the laminate stuck on the bottom roller. The lady that I spoke with (twice) was extremely pleasant and helpful. The tech person was also very helpful in giving advice on how to do the repair on our laminator. Highly recommend this company!

Though we do not order often, we get the service as if we do. The support to make sure we get the right item even if our records are not up-to-date if a breath of fresh air in today's climate.

Revewing experience with ID Shop
The customer service I received was excellent! I asked for a sample or two, they sent me 2 packs of 6 styles. This gave me an opportunity to test out each one to know exactly worked best for us, and we ended up ordering 400 lanyards. Could not have asked for any better. 5 Stars!
