🌟 A Wake-Up Call Turned Lifesaver, Thanks to IDShield 🌟 There I was, just going about my day, when suddenly, my phone lit up with an alert from my IDShield app. Talk about a heart-stopping moment! Finding out that my personal details were hidden away in the dark corners of the web was nothing short of a shockwave. But I didn't freeze—I reached out to IDShield, and that's where my journey took a hopeful turn. Now, picture this: spending 18 minutes in a deep dive with a private licensed investigator, someone who knows the ins and outs of identity protection like the back of their hand. This wasn't just any conversation; it was a masterclass in safeguarding my identity against the silent but deadly epidemic of identity theft that's sweeping through our lives unnoticed. Saying I'm 'grateful' barely scratches the surface. I'm not just thankful; I feel empowered and shielded by IDShield's unwavering vigilance. In these times, when nothing seems certain, having a team of guardians watching over me is a comfort that's hard to describe. 🛡️✨ - Sanela Hadzihasanovic, Empowered and Protected in California

The fact that they are very sincere and caring really means a lot they really take the time to make sure you're satisfied and your information is safe

In two weeks of membership with IDShield they have demonstrated such ethical and solid information about identity theft I am convinced IDShield has my trust. Thank you IDSield for placing that security credit alert on all three credit bureaus. I feel so much more secure.

My experience with ID Shield is terrible. I signed up for their $1 dollar 7 day trial to get a hold of my credit information. Before the week was out I told them I didn't want to continue their services. I got a hold of my credit report from Trans Union for free. On November 13, 2024, ID Shield bill me US $14.95 for their services though I told them I didn't want to continue. On November 21, 2024, ID Shield tried to bill my credit card for another $42. My credit card detected their second billing as fraud and froze my Visa card. I had to get a new credit card because there was no other way to stop them from continuing to fradulently bill me. Don't us them, you are warned.

Our experience is good. But small changes, initiated in our financial picture raises ID Shield attention and our alarm. Also, our ID Shield pass word expired without notice.

They provide a very good service and advice when you call.

Notification were timely. Follow-up procedures hard to apply due to being a senior & little technology ability. With extensive assistance from IdShiekd, folliw-up was accomplished with a great deal of anxiety

Received telephone call and Attorney was in a hurry. Rhe email he gave me may have been wrong or being rushed, I did not write it down accurately. In sending the scam email, it did not forward. So, issue was not resilved.
