I brought an engagement from I.D jewellery over the last week and I find all the staff very happy to help, and advise me on which one to go for. I spend about 1 hour with Tami sorting through which diamond was perfect. So all I can say is thank you to them all for making a great holiday great, greater!!!!!

I went here during the Christmas holiday to purchase a gift for myself signifying a major accomplishment. Although I was not exactly sure about what I wanted Tami was super patient and just a general sweetheart!! Her customer service was amazing. I couldn't be happier with my experience there. My jewelry is soo gorgeous. She was able to answer all my questions and address all of my concerns. They are my new go to people. They took the time to make sure I was 100% satisfied before leaving. They are precise and I never felt rushed. They simply are the best.

For our 20th, we called them and they custom designed a gorgeous solitaire pendant, full of fire and sparkle! I get compliments all the time!! I have shopped many times in the mid town Diamond district but this was my first visit to IDjewelry. We had looked in a few shops previously but were warmly welcomed and the saleswoman immediately started catering to my needs and showing me exactly what I was interested in. I found them very honest, much larger selection than appeared from outside and I ended up with a beautiful pair of earrings for my birthday. They were very patient and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend!
