Statt einer Rechnung habe ich gleich die 2. Mahnung erhalten. Diese ist ohne Verzug bezahlt worden. Eine Woche später kam die 3. Mahnung. Auf E-Mails reagiert IDEXX nicht. Ich verstehe das Verhalten von IDEXX nicht.

It was a very bad experience with IDEXX, and I recommend avoiding them if you can. Here is what happened: We ordered a ProCyte hematology analyzer from them. However, every time we try to order consumables, they insist on an account number. Without it, you cannot place an order. It really makes you feel like they don’t want your business. To make matters worse, even when I provided the original instrument information and the account number, they couldn't find it in their system. They seem to have very poor management and lack a centralized database or website. Overall, it has been a total nightmare.

It really is unbelievable. They charge good money and deliver bad service. First, they forgot to send the samples of my pets off for about three weeks. Then, when the samples arrived, there was an error in the chip number of one of the pets. Now we have to wait again for the correction and pray that we can make our flight.

You'd think they had HIPPA rules for pets by the way IDEXX behaves if a pet owner calls them. Between all the dogs we have this company has received 10s of 1000s of dollars from our family. A PCR test that will provide us answers on our very sick dog takes 2-4 business days. I called IDEXX to try to find out what the delay is because my dog is VERY sick and I get push back as if I'm trying to obtain national security information. The entire pet care industry is legit corrupt at this point and I suspect IDEXX is owned by PE like all the other garbage in this country.

Mein Vater hatte umgehend zwei Rechnungen im Januar bezahlt. Anfang März kam eine Mahnung, dass eine Rechnung davon nicht bezahlt sei. Wir schauten durch und fanden heraus, dass mein Papa einen Zahlendreher in der Rechnungsnummer hatte. Da aber die zweite Rechnung ohne Probleme angenommen wurde, waren wir sicher, man würde nachvollziehen können, dass es sich hier nur um einen kleinen Dreher handelte. Was nun folgte, waren Telefonate mit Mitarbeitern, weitere Mahnungen und seit heute ein Aktenzeichen. Ich habe jetzt schon so viele Mails an diese Firma geschickt, so oft mit den Mitarbeitern gesprochen, die mir versprochen, dass die Sache sich erledigt hat. Ich kann nur jedem ans Herz legen, mit dieser Firma nicht zu arbeiten. Das habe ich auch meinem Tierarzt empfohlen. Nun steht immer noch das Aktenzeichen im Raum. Ich will hoffen, dass sich die Sache endlich mal erledigt. Jetzt ist schon Juni. Anstrengend und zermürbend.

Idexx are very difficult to deal with. Promised to buy me out my contract when I switched to their machines. Still haven’t done it and this was years ago. The only way I could get their attention was to cancel the DD. Now they won’t send any tests and will not answer my calls even although I have paid part of my bill. Communication is key …..not in the world of Idexx and they definitely don’t care for the animals we are treating.

Utterly hopeless processing of canine bloods.Cross contamination led to my local vet unknowingly sent me to SASH for expensive after hours care.There correct reprocessing of bloods led to quite normal results.When I lodged my negligence & Australian Consumer Law Claim to recover my SASH costs have me the run around pretending they had no Corporate Legal dept. for me to deal with as a fellow lawyer.Utterly disgraceful & hopeless to deal with.

Idexx hat bereits beim Tierarzt beglichene Laborkosten zusätzlich bei mir direkt noch in Rechnung gestellt. Zuerst kam eine Rechnung, bei der ich davon ausging dass diese nur zur Auftrags-Bestätigung an mich versandt wurde.Dann erfolgte ein paar Wochen später eine Zahlungserinnerung. Ich rief beim Kundenservice an und dort wurde mir mitgeteilt dass die Praxis angewiesen hat die Rechnung an den Tierhalter, also mich zu stellen. Nach Rücksprache mit der Tierarztpraxis, wurde mir bestätigt dass Alles bereits dort beglichen wurde und somit gar keine solche Anweisung erfolgte ( da es im System dann als bereits bezahlt registriert ist ) Natürlich waren hier in der Labordirektabrechnung die Einzelposten teurer als diese die über den Veterinär bezahlt wurden. Fazit....man denke sich was man möchte....ich denke mir meinen Teil!!!! Und beim Lesen der Bewertungen sowie Netzfund, dass 2022 eine Klage wegen unlauterem Wettbewerb in den USA gegen idexx erfolgte, fällt es negativ für diese Firma aus!!!!!!
